Real user feedback beats any assumption
Meetings produce opinions. You only know whether something works once real people are using a real version.

Early on in a project, there's a lot of discussion: what do users need, how should the workflow go, which feature matters? These conversations are useful – but they remain assumptions until someone actually works with the software.
Early, and with real tasks
We put usable versions in front of real users as early as possible and give them real tasks, not a guided tour of the product. Where they hesitate, click or give up tells you more than any survey.
What we do with it
- Collect observations, not just wish lists.
- Spot patterns: where are several people getting stuck at the same point?
- Adjust the roadmap instead of clinging to the original plan.
The result
Features nobody uses never get built in the first place. And the ones people need are good from early on. In the end, that saves more time than early testing costs.
